Tokaj Hèzsolo 2010

Very clear on the eye, light greenish yellow color. Flowery and fruity notes on the nose with apple and pears. Very fresh palate with long lasting minerality and crispy acidity. Fresh but with a good body and structure.  Stays long in the mouth. Alk::12,5 Aciditiy:8 g/l res sugar: 1,1 g/l


Henri Boillot 2007

Pale yellow colour. In the nose, there's williams pear as THE most dominant attribute, a little hazelnut, nutmeg, spices and a little butter, but you can also slightly smell the alcohol, which has not been perfectly integrated. On the palate, it's very mineralic and quite racy for a bourgogne blanc.

Moulin d’Angludet 2007

Merlot 40%,Cabernet Sauvignon 51%,Petit Verdot 9%; 13% alcohol; Sustained colour. The nose is open, the oak already well integrated and at this stage the fruit of the Petit Verdot predominates. The palate is ample and perfectly balanced, with a deeply layered structure and generous extract. Like with the château's first wine, the ideal balance of this wine, far from being monotonous, brings out every detail, creating relief and complexity that only the greatest terroirs can provide.


La Reserve de Léoville 2008 (La Revue du Vin de France – 15.5/20)

The wine is deep ruby with plenty of primary black fruit. Quite open, the nose is filled with delicious fruits with lot of energy. We find the spirit of the Grand vin (Leoville Barton) that seduces all the senses immediately. Delicate long finish with notes of blackcurrant, cassis and black cherry. Medium bodied with high levels of silky tannins which will develop even further during ageing.
73% Cabernet Sauvignon; 23% Merlot; 4% Cabernet Franc

Bad Boy 2007

All Merlot – clay limestone, very dark. “Really, a marketing wine,” admits Jean-Luc Thunevin, who made it. Sweet and round and New Worldy. Actually quite ready. Though a little tough on the finish.
